In this Chicken Ramen factory attraction, you can make your own Chicken Ramen from scratch; starting by kneading and spreading the dough, steaming the wheat flour, and drying it with CupNoodles famous flash-frying method! This unique play place is themed around the CupNoodles factory concept that helps children to understand the entire CUPNOODLES manufacturing process, from making the noodles, seasoning them, packaging them, and shipping them out in a fun and active way. This exhibition displays a lineup of instant ramen spanning 50 years. Starting with chicken ramen, this astounding selection consists of over 3,000 product packages! The History Cube also exhibits the currently available instant ramen as well as the previous ones. Did you know that nearly 800 new instant ramen products are launched every year in Japan? Talk about oodles of noodles.

This food attraction features eight varieties of noodles that the inventor of Chicken Ramen, Momofuku Ando, encountered during his journey in search of the origins of noodles. All the noodles in this attraction are served in a half-sized bowl so that we can taste many different noodles from different countries. Be sure to try all of them if you visit this museum!
