Besides being a trendy fashion hub and a symbol of Tokyo’s youth culture, Shibuya is also home to numerous popular restaurants and cafes. Among them, you can’t miss the spots that offer excellent and one-of-a-kind desserts! Let’s check out these five Shibuya Station dessert shops you should visit!

Cookie Time Harajuku

Cookie Time Harajuku is a magical place for anyone who loves cookies, desserts, and fun! Located just a short walk from Harajuku Station, this bright and colorful shop brings the famous New Zealand cookie brand to the heart of Japan’s trendiest district. The store’s design is bursting with bold pop-art vibes, and the playful Cookie Muncher mascot adds a delightful New Zealand charm to the experience.

In New Zealand, Cookie Time started 40 years ago when American-style cookies inspired founder Michael. His big chocolate chunk cookies became a hit, making the brand a household name.

The shop highlights the variety of cookies, from the classic chocolate chunk to unique flavors like salted caramel and banana toffee. Yummy dessert options include Nutella white chocolate brownie or fudge brownie cheesecake.

Plus, you’ll find exciting treats such as giant ice cream sandwiches and their over-the-top “Freak Shakes”, decorated with whipped cream, candy, and more. Also, don’t miss their exclusive Japanese flavors – matcha green tea cookie shakes!

Totti Candy Factory
